Refund policy
Exchanges or returns can be made within 14 days of the purchase date, in line with ministerial decisions and governing laws, and without violating the laws and regulations of the Ministries of Commerce and Health.
- For returns, amounts paid are refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For payments made by ATM (K-Net) card or credit card, amounts paid are refunded to the same card details and the same customer, taking into account the time needed to complete the transaction, and subject to the terms of the issuing bank.
- Orders outside Kuwait are paid in advance, taking into account foreign currency exchange differences according to official bulletins and the announcements of the banks we deal with.
- For returned international orders, amounts paid are refunded after deducting any tax or customs fees and shipping and delivery fees, after the items are inspected, subject to the governing official laws and decisions.
- Alnuwair Pharmacy has the right to modify any order made through the website or app after contacting the customer.
- Medicines and the regulation of their sale and circulation are subject to ministerial decisions, regulations and bylaws, and the prohibition of their return or exchange is subject to Ministry of Health Circular No. 2/2012.
- Circular No. 2/2013, including its regulations and prohibition of return or exchange, applies to food products, herbal products and dietary supplements.
