Orlistat is in a class of medications called lipase inhibitors. It works by preventing fat from being absorbed in the intestines. This unabsorbed fat is then removed from the body in the stool.

• Cyclosporine.
• Levothyroxine.
• Blood thinner - Warfarin, Coumadin, Jantoven.
